Visualize Your Quilt Before You Cut
Choosing fabric is one of the most exciting parts of quilting…. and one of the most uncertain.
What if the colors don’t work together?
What if the scale feels off?
What if you cut into something you love - and wish you hadn’t?
This service is designed to remove that uncertainty.
I take your fabrics and place them into a quilt design digitally, so you can see exactly how your quilt will look before you ever make the first cut.
How It Works
01 Identify Your Fabrics
This can be done in a couple of different ways. If you know the name of the designer and/or the name of the collection (i.e. Moda Fabric Coming Up Roses collection), that’s all I need to know. I can find the digital images of specific fabric collections and utilize those in the quilt design.
If you don’t know the name, or are using older fabrics from your stash, send me pictures of what you have. Photos taken with your phone are fine.
02 Identify Your Pattern
Similar to the fabric, if you know the name of the designer and the name of the quilt pattern, send that to me. If not, send me a picture of the pattern you are planning to make. Be sure to include the dimensions of your final quilt and tell me your initial thoughts on how you plan yto use the fabrics in the quilt
03 See Your Quilt Come To Life
I will send to you a digital representation of your quilt using your fabrics.
04 Refine With Confidence
Want to swap fabric? Try a different color? We can adjust before you ever make the first cut.
